Create your account
Sign up as a business or as a creator and complete your public profile.

Post a campaign or send an offer
Businesses describe the campaign; Muse turns it into a structured brief with countable deliverables.

Agree in the deal room
Private chat, one deal, one thread. Amount, deliverables, deadline and revision count are all recorded.

Sign your own order
MusePact issues one document with two separate orders: the business order with MusePact and MusePact's work order with the creator. Each side signs its own section electronically.

Secure the payment
The business pays MusePact in full under Payment Protection. The creator sees the order is paid before filming.

Deliver and approve
The creator submits links and files. The business approves, requests a revision, or lets auto-approval run.

Get paid
On approval MusePact records the amount on the creator's internal contractor balance, minus the service fee, and pays it out separately on request.
What if something goes wrong?
Either side can open a dispute from the deal room. The order stays unsettled while MusePact reviews the brief, the orders and the submitted work, then either credits the creator's contractor balance or refunds the business.
