Accessibility

Last updated: 21 October 2026

We want everyone to be able to use MusePact, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, zoom or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.

1. What we do

  • Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to main content" link.
  • Body text uses Atkinson Hyperlegible, a typeface designed for readers with low vision. Russian and Vietnamese text uses Manrope, and Thai uses Noto Sans Thai.
  • We design colour contrast and button sizes to WCAG targets and check them when we build new pages.
  • Images have text alternatives, and forms have labels and clear error messages.
  • The site and the app are available in English, Russian, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese and Thai.

2. Known limitations

The card payment form is provided by Stripe and the sign-in windows by Google, Apple, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube; their accessibility is controlled by those companies. Some printable documents (contracts, invoices) are generated pages that may be less convenient with a screen reader. We review new features against WCAG 2.1 AA before release and fix problems as we find them.

3. Tell us about a problem

If something on MusePact is hard to use, write to support@musepact.com with the page address and what went wrong. We usually reply within one business day and can help you complete the task another way in the meantime.
