What is MusePact?

MusePact is a marketplace where brands and creators meet, agree on deliverables, sign a contract and pay through escrow. We handle the brief, the paperwork and the money so both sides can focus on the content.

Who can join?

Two roles: merchants (brands, agencies, shops) who buy content, and creators (influencers) who make it. You choose the role at sign-up; one account can only act in one role.

Is it free to register?

Yes. Creating an account, publishing a profile, posting campaigns and negotiating are free. We only charge commission when a deal is completed.

How do I get verified?

In your profile, add a social account and we give you a short code. Put it in your bio, press verify, and we scan the public page. Once matched you get a verified badge and rank higher in search.

Question 5

How does escrow protect me?

Accepted Answer

The brand funds the deal before work starts. The money is held by MusePact, not by either party. The creator delivers, the brand approves, and only then funds are released. Nobody can disappear with the payment.

What if the brand never approves my work?

Accepted Answer

Every deal has an auto-approval window (7 days by default). If the brand does not approve or request revisions in that time, the deal auto-approves and the money is released to you.

Can I chat and share contacts before funding?

You can chat from the first offer, but links, emails, phone numbers and messenger handles are hidden until escrow is funded. This protects both sides from off-platform scams.

What happens if there is a dispute?

Either side can open a dispute from the deal room. Funds stay frozen while our team reviews the brief, the contract and the submitted work, then we release, split or refund.

What is the commission?

10% from the brand and 10% from the creator, charged only on completed deals. No listing fees, no subscription.

How and when do creators get paid?

After the deal is released, the balance appears in your wallet. Request a payout with your bank or Wise details and our team sends it — typically within 1–3 business days.

How do brands pay for a deal?

Accepted Answer

We issue a funding invoice with bank transfer details and a reference. Once the transfer lands and we confirm it, the deal is marked funded and the creator can start.

Which currency do you use?

Accepted Answer

All deals are priced in USD. Payouts can be sent in your local currency at your bank's or Wise's rate.
